RENEE BRANSON, MA, NCC

Renee Branson is a uniquely qualified business professional. With a master’s degree in counseling psychology and a bachelor’s in education, Renee has worked in the area of systemic counseling theories, gender violence (including domestic violence and human trafficking) and compassion fatigue care. Having skill in counseling and coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience with world travel, Renee thrives in various environments. She has consulted with non-governmental organizations to bring compassion fatigue training and care to staff overseas. Additionally, Renee has ten years of experience in teaching, training and group facilitation. She is exceptionally able to develop and implement curricula. She has well honed skills in relationship development, team building, conflict management and problem resolution. Using her skills as a therapist, she quickly assesses the core, salient issues in order to develop interventions and solutions to the challenge. Accustom to working in a team, Renee is able to lead others in demanding situations while remaining focused and task oriented. She has extensive experience working with non-profit, humanitarian and other community organizations. As a part of this experience, she has also served as a liaison between organizations and corporations in efforts to build partnerships.
